Evergreen at the Lake "Spruce Up Your Space" Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Evergreen at the Lake "Spruce Up Your Space" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Businesses located within the United States are also eligible to enter. Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, and representatives of Evergreen at the Lake (the "Sponsor") and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.  
2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Central Daylight Time ("CDT") on April 25, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CDT on July 3, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
3. How to Enter: There are multiple ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

In-Store Entry: During each visit to the Evergreen at the Lake retail location, eligible individuals and businesses can complete an official entry form available in-store and deposit it in the designated entry box. Limit one (1) in-store entry per person/business per visit.

Website Entry: Visit the Evergreen at the Lake website (https://evergreenatthelake.com/pages/2025sweepstakeonline) during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Limit one (1) online entry per person/business during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Multiple email addresses or submissions from the same individual or business will be disqualified.

Social Media Entry (Optional for Additional Entries): To receive additional entries, participants can engage with Evergreen at the Lake's social media posts related to the Sweepstakes on Facebook and Instagram. Each of the following actions will count as one (1) additional entry:
There is no limit to the number of friends an entrant can tag, and each unique tag will count as a separate entry. Standard data rates may apply. Participants must have a public social media profile for their entries to be valid.

Liking the Sweepstakes post.

Sharing the Sweepstakes post.

Tagging one (1) or more friends in the comments of the Sweepstakes post.

Regardless of the method(s) of entry, there is a limit of one (1) website entry per person/business during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Social media entries are additional and do not affect the limits on in-store or website entries.

4. Prize: One (1) grand prize will be awarded, consisting of the following:

One (1) $1,000 Evergreen at the Lake gift card, redeemable for merchandise in-store or online (excluding sale items). The gift card has no cash value.

One (1) one-hour design consultation with a member of the Evergreen at the Lake staff. The consultation can be conducted via Zoom or in person at the Evergreen at the Lake store, subject to staff availability.

The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize package is $1,000.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or around July 4, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.  
The potential winner will be notified by phone or email (using the contact information provided on their entry form or social media profile, if applicable) within approximately three (3) days after the drawing.  
6. Winner Verification: The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) within seven (7) days of the date of notification. The potential winner may also be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver's license) to verify eligibility. If a potential winner fails to respond to the notification, fails to return the required documents within the specified time period, is found to be ineligible, or refuses the prize, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Prize Redemption: The $1,000 gift card and the one-hour consultation service must be redeemed by October 31, 2025. The gift card can be used for purchases in-store or online (excluding sale items). If the winner requires shipping for online purchases made with the gift card, the shipping costs will be part of their transaction and can be covered by the gift card, potentially reducing the amount of merchandise received. The consultation must be scheduled with Evergreen at the Lake staff and is subject to availability.
8. General Conditions: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or engages in any fraudulent or unfair activity.  
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason, without prior notice. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, select a winner from all eligible entries received prior to the termination date.
By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor and its designees the right to use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law.  
9. Limitations of Liability: The Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or stolen entries or mail; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, server, Internet service provider, website, software, hardware, or other technical malfunctions, failures, errors, or delays. The Released Parties are also not responsible for injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading any materials from or use of the website.  
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable mail or email; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.  
10. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in the State of Missouri; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Missouri or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Missouri.  
11. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy.
12. Winner List: The name of the winner will be posted on the Evergreen at the Lake website (www.evergreenatthelake.com) and may also be available upon request after July 15, 2025. To request the winner's name, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Evergreen at the Lake Sweepstakes Winner, 6711 US HW 54, Osage Beach, MO 65065.

These Official Rules contain the entire understanding between entrants and the Sponsor regarding the Sweepstakes.
